SmartStay is a student housing platform designed to connect students with verified accommodation providers. We do not own or manage any properties listed on the platform.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying any listing details before making payments, commitments, or agreements with landlords.

3. Listings

While we aim to maintain high-quality listings, SmartStay does not guarantee the accuracy of every listing posted by third parties.

4. Payments & Transactions

SmartStay does not currently process payments. All financial agreements are made directly between tenants and landlords.

5. Prohibited Use

Users must not post fake listings, scam content, or misuse the platform in any way that harms other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmartStay is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from agreements between users and landlords.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time as the platform evolves. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
